C.C Chokerby *Sephirayne

This is my completed choker for my C.C cosplay from Code Geass.

I chose to do the Black Dress version from the DVD insert. I loved the style of the dress. I liked that its a design that I could use for other events like Vampire Balls.

The base of the choker is a velvet ribbon cut to fit round my neck. A lace base is added. I hand sewn on a glasp at the ends. It is adjustable. The cameo is made from two parts. A resin pre-cast center piece and a metal frame. I glued to two halves together and then painted them. I used acrylic paint and dry brushed on the details. Once finished I added a drop bead with caps. The whole thing is then sewn onto the velvet band. Small rainbow beads are then individually hand sewn on to finish the piece.

I wanted to have fun with the design. So I decided to be more creative and move away from the accurate design. So its not a 100% match to the original ref.
